Wrong favicon #161

The favicon is the old logo.

This is straightforward to fix ... assigning to @kkoch to get the right favicon.ico file to @gcutrell, who will replace the files on wms.glos.us:

[glosea@wms applications]$ pwd
/var/www/applications
[glosea@wms applications]$ find . -name f*icon*
./habs_portal/habs_portal/static/img/favicon.ico
./habs_portal/habs_portal/static/lib/DataTables/media/images/favicon.ico

@gcutrell should have the right icon since it is correct on glbuoys.
