Thredds error on downloading

Greg Lang (NOAA) reports the following issue. I was able to duplicate. It works, or seems to work with just lat/lon/time but add in the wvh and it chokes.

@kkoch @tslawecki . Fixed. Thredds ran out of space. We need to 1, get munin working again (Tad knows about the issue) to make it easier to check disk space and 2 set up logrotate for two sets of log files. I now have experience with logrotate so I'll work on that in the next week.

I've also extended the main partition by 40 GB, so we have some breathing room. Leaving this open until @gcutrell finishes with logrotate.

@kknee Not yet. Buoy deployments are over and catching up on GLOS work.
