Favicon and tab text incorrect

I'm looking at favicons and the one on the habs tool is wrong, nutrient tracker, the lakes in the boater's are wrong, not just the tool, and the point query tool.

I've made these updates. I noticed that dev is ahead of the production site. Once we're ready to push to production these updates will be in there. I'll look at the habs tool next.

I just tweeted the boaters' view and it still appears to have the NOAA favicon. TBH, I'm pretty uncomfortable with that. Tell me I'm cached and this isn't still a thing.

@kristinschrader that update hasn't been pushed to production yet. we'll look at a very small push that includes only that right now.

favicon and text are updated on production. if you've been to the site recently, you might need to right click the tab and choose “reload” to see the change.

Favicon looks good. I never even noticed this with the tab text but just realized that it reads "catalog" but this is a map view and I don't even think we need that clarification and that it should just read 'Boaters' View'????
