add 'extractable Al' that is not tied to a specific procedure #132

In the current vocab (https://vocab.isric.org/glosis_cl/en/index/A), extractable Al is always tied to a specific procedure (oxalate, dithionite, pyrophosphate). There is no entry for Al with an unspecified extraction method (Aluminium (Al) -extractable) like there is for other elements (e.g. http://w3id.org/glosis/model/codelists/physioChemicalPropertyCode-Borext). I have a dataset containing extractable Al (with Mehlich III) for which it is not possible to find a suitable entry in the vocab. (relates to #113)

See proposal for aluminium here:

@bkempen It seems that now all these properties refer to Aluminium compound(s). Therefore I will link all to this entry in PubChem: https://pubchem.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/compound/5359268

Does it make sense? Previously there was a property linked with the Al+++ compound.

@ldesousa yes, I believe that makes sense. These compounds refer to different forms of Aluminium (oxide, amorphous, organic-bound), but it is all Al (and not the free form Al+++). But let's check with Ad in our next meeting with him.
