URI for ISO 19156 is broken #19

None of the URIs below is currently responsive:

These ontologies, and their URIs, are out of our control. We reuse them because these are the official distributions: https://def.isotc211.org/ontologies/

Unfortunately they do not resolve properly the URIs, only the files For instance, the ontology: http://def.isotc211.org/iso19156/2011/SamplingFeature does not resolve, but http://def.isotc211.org/iso19156/2011/SamplingFeature.rdf resolves.

In any case we do not import any of these ontologies directly, we just reuse terms defined by these ontologies, so we dont have any issue with resolving our ontologies.

Do you have any other suggestion?
