Replace test fixtures

Add test fixtures referring to chess terminology, delete ones referring to Greek mythology.

Chess terminology has several features which are useful in tests, for example:

• symbol designations, as there are Unicode characters for chess pieces
• synonyms, e.g. rook and castle
• examples (of valid moves)
• notes
