Parse replaced concepts #105

Adds proper support for REPLACES column. Fixes #34.

Column data is interpreted as relations between concepts and serialized in YAMLs likewise. There are a few more details to agree on (see discussion in #34), therefore I'm not merging this one in yet. Apart from that, it's ready.

@ronaldtse, @strogonoff See #34, there are things awaiting confirmation. That's why I haven't merged it yet, apart from that this pull request is ready.

Okay, I'm going to merge it in right now. If there are any further requests regarding produced structure, feel free to open a new issue.
