Enable proper style guide in this project #166

Add our Rubocop configs.
Add some reasonable overrides.
Fix some code style offences.
Fixes #165.

That test failure is odd. It may be a recently introduced Relaton bug or something. Investigation needed.

In this pull request plenty of code style offences are fixed, but some other are left intact. That's why Hound CI reported them. They aren't that trivial and won't be fixed here.
