Most English-speaking countries use dot for decimal separator, but many other countries use comma instead. The problem is that AsciiMath grammar allows only dots:
(Actually it seems that this may be configurable, but at least interactive renderer on http://asciimath.org recognizes only dots)
@ronaldtse what to do with that? Should we replace commas with dots, or should we keep these commas and produce somewhat "broken" expressions?
Also, https://www.electropedia.org/iev/iev.nsf/display?openform&ievref=112-01-28 uses commas in English definition. This may be an error that IEV should be notified about.
