Clean Source Parser up #182

This pull request improves readability and maintainability of SourceParser class. It consists of refactoring and other clean-up commits. Values returned by public methods are unchanged in terms of semantics (there is one tiny meaningless change that null source links are removed from output hashes).

Hound reports are incorrect (these particular checks are disabled in this project). I've filled a bug report.
