I believe the Korean is correct as 811-06-25, according to Google Translate.

Potential resolution: remove question mark.

[...] agree that this is a typo in the IEV ref. Now corrected in the IEV. Please feel free to delete the superfluous “?” [...]

Let's fix this manually since the final database will have been cleaned.
