IEV data anomaly (20201217): 121-12-29 SOURCE

121-12-29 SOURCE says "221‑03‑ MOD", but this is clearly a broken IEV reference.

This probably should point to 221-03-01 ("relative permeability") because the row also refers back to 121-12-29 (also "relative permeability").

But this is problem:

• The definition of 221-03-01 is "See IEV 121-12-29"
• The definition of 121-12-29 is "scalar or tensor quantity equal to the absolute permeability divided by the magnetic constant"

This means that 221-03-01 cannot be the SOURCE of 121-12-29.

The correct setup is probably to have:

1. 121-12-29 keep the current definition (unchanged), remove its SOURCE to 221-03-01.
2. 221-03-01 should point to 121-12-29 as SOURCE.
3. 705-03-16 is also identical to 221-03-01, has the same definition, but does not have any SOURCE. It should also point to 121-12-29 as SOURCE.

Something needs to be done here, asking for clarification.
