IEV data anomaly (20201217): duplicated entries #93

Several rows violate (IEVREF, LANGUAGE) uniqueness, that is there are more than one row for some IEVREF and language pairs. Sometimes both such rows are identical, sometimes there are tiny differences, typically in markup.

Response from IEC:

I have forwarded the list of duplicate entries [...] will fix that soon.

Keeping this open until confirmation this is fixed.
