This is ready for CR @bryanmtl. Fixes #75

hey @sherryson i added a spec for a free order and checked with bryan that won't ever be more than one discount code on a shopify order. can you take another look at this pr? thanks!

@emmagilhuly looks great! @bryanmtl or @aamyot can you do a CR as well? not confident in my CR since i'm pretty unfamiliar with the retail integration
