Removes package installation code in setup.cfg and setup.py
Changed imports of setup_case_study and plot_simple_overview tu use pyglotaran-extras
Added transient-absorption-two-datasets to run scripts
Unified result saving a bit

I confirmed that the examples work by running python scripts/run_examples.py run-all --headless
