🧹 Remove Problem class usage since it isn't part of the official API #48

This change is needed for https://github.com/glotaran/pyglotaran/pull/851

It was agreed on by @jsnel , @joernweissenborn and @s-weigand , that Problem isn't part of the user API and thus will be removed w/o proper deprecation.
