AC:

Update the workflows so that images are built (but not pushed) on pull request
Update the workflows so that :latest tag is always updated when a tag is released
Update the helm chart values so they no longer contain the legacy alpha images
Add helm charts to OCI registry on github packages and update README with installation instructions
