Alignments disturbed #17

The following COGID groups have a disturbed alignment. It looks like the blank "-" cell was deleted in some languages, where others have a segment there.

COGID 44 COGID 76 111 136 32 71 126 50 129 120 25 1 79 132 26 102 13 30 7 138 24 122 14 23 etc.

The "tokens" visualization are somewhat different from what we see in the COGID alignment. That is why I thought things were out of alignment, or that a complex segment "tj" was being treated as two segments "t j".

Looks like everything is fine in the COGID alignments.
