crubadan.org seems to be down #70

So we may want to remove https://github.com/glottolog/pyglottolog/blob/master/src/pyglottolog/links/crubadan.py

Maybe we can access the data at https://github.com/kscanne/crubadan but linking to crubadan doesn't make sense anymore.
