Updated fresnel backend to support new features of fresnel v0.8.0. #19

Updated for fresnel v0.8.0. Adds arrows and spheropolygons to supported fresnel shapes.

Example

fresnel_spheropolygons (Note that since fresnel uses angles instead of quaternions, the arrows do not scale down. Also the lack of translucency makes this scene look different than in other backends.)

Tests will fail until the docker image is updated to use fresnel v0.8.0. @klarh Would you be able to put that Dockerfile into a repo in the glotzerlab GitHub organization?

@bdice I uploaded it to a private repo and updates for fresnel 0.8.
