Extracts the key/value table into <ValueList />
Adds a button linking an NFT to its collection (if it exists)
Adds a collection page with information about the collection and listing all its NFTs.

I really like the idea of separating on-chain and off-chain metadata! I think it’ll subtly eliminate a lot of confusion.

@vpontis What do you think of this design? Are there any additional values you’d want to include in the tables? If you like the design, I can port over a similar idea to the NFT detail page as well (maybe in a separate PR?).
