Decider allows for attack versions to be selected from a drop down.

The Mitigation page lists the attack version as part of the table.

The attack version should be passed to the mitigation page to filter the mitigations.

Specific pages to note:

Search: needs to link to specific mitigation and mitigation uses
Mitigation Source: while not related to specific attack versions, does need to pass this to the mitigation page
Technique (no_tactic): The list of mitigations/remediations needs to link to the version of the mitigation
