Redesign profile pages

At minimum to start:

• [X] User profiles
• [X] Character profiles
• [X] Icon profiles
• [ ] Gallery profiles

Characters are the most urgent since they're the least recently touched.

Maybe also:

• [ ] Template profiles? (People might quite like them how they are, especially since they match a user's characters page)

Other considerations:

• [ ] Actions (e.g. "send message", "favorite") should be distinct from links (e.g. "characters", "galleries")
  • They could go into the header? If there were many of them, we may end up doing a dropdown like the [≡] on posts, which could be inconvenient.
• [ ] Tabs (e.g. "continuities" on a user page) should be distinct from other links (e.g. "galleries" on a user page)
• [ ] The left box takes up a lot of horizontal space that could otherwise be used for showing the content
• [ ] User profile freeform text would be appreciated, with areas like Discord or Tumblr, as would some statistics about users (#29)
• [ ] It might be worth giving counts of attached objects on those types of tabs (e.g. "Continuities (3)", "Characters (387)", "Galleries (3)")

Suggestion: allow the main "info box" to be collapsed, so as to allow the page to use more 'real estate' if the user wants that. (Would solve them squishing the table to the side, as has been a comment before.)
