Language setup fixed #103

  1. Fixed language setup as described in https://github.com/glowlogix/wp-frontend-profile/issues/102
  2. Added update .pot file and german translation
  3. Corrected the description of local template inclusion, as in fact local templates are only used if they exist within a folder 'wpfep' within template directory. See 'wpfep-functions.php line 481ff.
