Hi @tomkolp
can you use the glpi-netinventory
command using --debug --debug
options to generate an inventory xml from your printer and share here the run output ?
See: glpi-netinventory man page for example
Thank you

Hi @tomkolp using you output, I created a XML, adding a NAME and setting a random IP and a random MAC address, I managed to import the following XML: konica-minolta-bizhub-c284e.xml.txt
And this gives to me adding the total page counter:
So I don't see any problem indeed. Can you try my XML and confirm you still have the same issue ? Don't forget to remove completely the test printer after the test.
It worked after changing the search rule from "name" to "mac address" for printers.
Code of Conduct
Is there an existing issue for this?
Version
10.0.2 docker diouxx/glpi
