I'm not 100% sure about this, but I found no usages of anything in these libs except for imports . I do not think that Prototype JS is compatible anyways with jQuery given that it redefines $(). This redefining is at least causing some IDE warnings for me in legitimate jQuery use while this plugin is present.
These JS libs are included in PluginGlpiinventoryTaskjoblog::javascriptHistory which is only called from PluginGlpiinventoryTaskjobstate::stateTaskjobItem which is not called anywhere from what I can tell.
