and files/_log/sql-errors.log
.
Sorry, someone had already reported this same bug in issue #10570. Anyway, I will attach the records.
Php-errors logs are relevant from 04/22 when I upgraded.
I cannot recreate the issue. I'm not able to identify the cause from the log files either. My tests were done on the latest bug fix branch commit. It is possible the issue was already resolved since the release of version 10.
Okay, I removed the observer and now it seems to be all right, I'll wait for the new updates.

Bug description
When opening a ticket with any profile that uses the interface, this is what happens:
I've used the default ticket template and created others, I've used other users but this is the screen I see when I try to create a ticket with a simplified interface.
When editing a ticket template, you can see that the preview appears correctly:
This is a homologation environment where it was updated from version 9.5.3 to 10.0.0.
