Last time I checked, the issue was still there (10.0.1) did not tested in 10.0.2
Several fixes has been done on 10.0.2 regarding actors, test with that version.

Bug description
When a user opens a ticket, if we reply with a solution, the ticket get solved. If the user replies to the solution (by mail, I did not tested if it does the same by the helpdesk) the solution get refused, but the author is empty:
