Hello, same problem here. I have a rule to change OLA based on 5 criterion: Category Name, Priority, Type, Status and Assigned to supplier. The rule is not applied when the ticket is created or updated, except when i change the category name, in that case they work. Please note that: "Category Name" is the first criterion and the rule is "contain".
In general, update rules only work if all the fields are changed at the same time. There are some odd cases where the fields are force-added to the input but that isn't the case for most of them.
So if you have a rule that says status is Pending and category is "Hardware" it means those fields are being changed to those values currently. For your example, all 5 of your fields would need to be changed to match the rule criteria within the same update action.

Bug description
My mistake is that the tickets are not updated. I explain myself when I give myself as a technician, the ticket must change to assigning course and at once it must give the SLA since I have the rule I know that it is assigned automatically, and the other is the approvals that when I send the approvals and they accept me it doesn't change the one on the ticket and for it to work I have to change them manually.Below in the image that I sent is what happens to me, the error is normal there, but once I put myself as a technician, it does not change its status or the SLA and once I get rejected or accepted, the validation does not change.
