Bug description

We try to upgrade our Glpi Server. All the process works fine. We just have a message to execute these commands : 390 tables utilisent le charset déprécié, utf8mb3. Lancez la commande "php bin/console glpi:migration:utf8mb4" pour les migrer. 1302 colonnes primaires ou étrangères utilisent des entiers signés Lancez la commande "php bin/console glpi:migration:unsigned_keys" pour les migrer.

We did it. Now when we open a GLPI window, we lost the graphical interface. Everithing is in text mode

I solve the problem. I tried to select another CSS and it works now. The default CSS value displayed were AerialGreen. Everything works now. Thank's for your job and this new GLPI
