Hi,
For the it_IT lang, it appears that corresponding strings are translated only in their plural form in transifex. In previous GLPI version, this problem was fortuitously hidden by a fallback behaviour of the translation library we use. But recently, transifex updated the way plurals are handled in some languages ( see https://community.transifex.com/t/important-update-languages-plural-rules/2832 ), and this fortuitously behaviour is not triggered anymore.
To fix the issue, singular forms of corresponding strings have to be translated in transifex.
We always get up-to-date translations from transifex during release process, so all fixes done there will be integrated into next GLPI version.

Bug description
It seems some translations do not apply correctly to menu. I'm using Italian locale, and I noticed that some menu items are not translated, even if the po file contains the correct translation:
Check "Reservations" in the menu here:
Which should be translated to "Prenotazioni":
