2 years ago Please provide the requested log output.
Specifically, entries from files/_log/php-errors.log and files/_log/sql-errors.log from around the time you experienced the issue.
For this, you should also check if there are any warnings or errors logged in the browser's console (F12 key -> console tab).
I could not recreate the issue on the latest 10.0 fixes branch.

Bug description
It is not possible to add a card to the dashboard if it contains List content. For example, I choose Assistance -> Dashboard -> Toggle Edit Mode -> Add card -> List of late tickets. In any case, card does not work if the data type is a list.
