Bug description

When the collector refuses a mail, it should import them into the "refused mail" area of the collector settings. It does not. Apparently there is something wrong with the "from" field that cannot be null.

Does the refused email have a From header ?

It only has a Sender header. Maybe this is the issue.

Can we fallback to Sender if there is no From header?

It seems that the From header is mandatory in an email, so the bug is not located in GLPI. See https://www.oreilly.com/library/view/programming-internet-email/9780596802585/ch02s04.html.
