I have done some additional testing and the error only occurs if I flag multiple options when updating the details on a ticket, say the category and the assignment. If I do these one at a time then the updates save correctly and the screen continues to be correctly displayed.
I have now found that trying to update the requester, even when no other field is being updated, results in the same error.
I am also seeing the same issue, the same error in the log, for adding an agent other than myself to a ticket.
Same white screen when trying updating only Assigned to
field.
We're also getting the same thing when adding requestors or assignees, since we upgraded to 10.0.0.1 yesterday.

Bug description
When updating a ticket with detail - category, assignments, etc - I get a white screen when I save. Error logged in the php-error.log file as below. This is an upgrade install from 10.0.0.0.
