2 years ago I have the same problem with ITIL Categories. I have 3 sub-categories directly under Root (A, C and S). When entity A is selected in "Tree structure" mode, creating a ticket shows ticket categories from A, C and S, but when users are not in "Tree Structure" mode, they can only see A categories as they should (and as they did in v9.X)
Are you in tree structure mode ? Do you still see items from Entity B if you manually select Entity A ?

Bug description
Root Entity --> Sub Entity A --> Sub Entity B
In Sub Entity B, I create an IP Network (the goal is to use it for SNMP inventory). In this IP network, when I see all used IP addresses, I see assets from Root Entity (even in "child entity" is not selected for those assets) and from Sub Entity A.
