GLPI 10.0.2 issues with ticket creation using template in standard interface

Bug description

When a user creates a ticket using standard interface with a template (it may occurs without it too):

The field "Author" is filled with the user's name. When the user hit submit, the ticket is created, but the author is empty.
If the profile has the right "be in charge", the ticket get fulfilled by default with the user affected to it, even if the template set the "technician" to "-----".
The user can also see "affected to" field and select users which leak some data about it, such as the ticket count of the user, even if the info is not persisted when users hit save button.

Trying to edit it once the ticket is create results to a permission error.
Observers are not persisted aswell.

The self service profile is using stock rights, but uses standard interface. There is something wrong, it shouldn't let user does things not persisted, or it should persist it.

Create a template for ticket
Create a user with self-service profile
Attribute the template to self-service
Configure self-service to use standard interface
Create a ticket with the freshly created user.
