There are some issues too with task orders, they randomly change orders when editing them from Kanban view
Can you test the changes done in #12164? Does the fix resolve the ordering issue too?
Column is still empty after the patch
I cannot recreate the ordering issue except with the No Status column which may have been intentional since it is a special "protected" column but I don't see any specific discussion about that. For the empty column issue, the Kanban state may need deleted so it can get recreated. There is no way in the web interface to do this yet (Working on it today), but can be done in the database like:
DELETE FROM `glpi_items_kanbans` WHERE (`itemtype = 'Project' AND `items_id` = '10');
Replace "10" with the project ID.
For reference, the Kanban state stores which columns are visible, if they are collapsed or not, and the card orders.
It fixed the issue with the empty column thanks. I'll check if it debug the ordering issue.
For the ordering issue, it seems to occurs when you add a user to the task's team from the Kanban. It does not appens all the time. It just happened when I added user to a 2nd task
@cconard96 I opened a separate issue for order changing, I was able to reproduce it two separate times from scratch if you are interested https://github.com/glpi-project/glpi/issues/12173

Is there an existing issue for this?
