Go to your GLPI installation directory, in "files" then "_log" and attach the logs from "php-errors.txt" which are related to the error

2 years ago Be careful while attaching a file, it may contain sensitive informations. At the end of the file there is the log that @trasher was probably looking for. You can copy and paste that into the "Relevant output log" of your ticket :)
