Ticket number is not displayed on the self-service profile screen.

Not sure if it's an error or lack of proper configuration. In this second case, what change should be made?

I cannot recreate the issue with regular tickets. The URL given makes this look like an issue with the Form Creator plugin and not GLPI itself. This issue was reported on the plugin's GitHub here with a fix in progress: https://github.com/pluginsGLPI/formcreator/pull/2915
