2 years ago Please provide the requested log output.
Specifically, entries from files/_log/php-errors.log and files/_log/sql-errors.log from around the time you experienced the issue.
Please also include the GLPI setup information requested in the template.

There are not any errors at this time period.

No change is added from the printer menu (maybe from the computers menu too).

Hi
I tried add new change for printer form printer's menu:
There was no changes and I pushed button to creating new change for this item:
Then I created "Test change" and saved it.
Then I opened this change and went to items menu, there wasn't my printer:
Also I can't find this change in changes menu of this printer:
