Problem with list of entity #12515

Bug description

If i give for the user access to only one unit (company name) and subunits (company branches), he should not see other unit names in the menu (Ctr + alt + e). I can't change the unit, but I can see all the names.Seems to be a bit of a security issue.

I cannot recreate the issue on the latest commit in the 10.0 bugfix branch. With a user I only gave access to one entity under the root (non-recursive), it only saw that one entity in the switcher.

It it possible this was already fixed and will be a part of 10.0.3.
