2 years ago post on the glpi users forum, Cconard answer me that :
C'est un problème connu : https://github.com/glpi-project/glpi/issues/11873 Il peut être fixé par : https://github.com/glpi-project/glpi/pull/12162 Ce correctif ferait partie de GLPI 10.0.3 mais pourrait également être appliqué manuellement sur une installation 10.0.2.

Bug description
When a technician (with right to modify ticket, like super_admin) add a solution, the ticket's status don't change, it's stay on "processing" instead of "solved"
Try with an empty database : no problem. After reimporting my data : problem appear
This problem doesn't not exist with an old 10.0-rcX windows installation updated to 10.0.2, only with linux (ubuntu 20.04 or 22.04) or on a fresh 10.0.2 windows installation.
If i try to change the ticket status directly (with SA user) from "processing" to "solved" : the status doesn't change and stay at "processing"
No log entry, no problem in debug mode, no pop-up error

Steps To reproduce
install fresh 10.0.2 glpi or update from 9.5.7 to 10.0.2 import my database (save and restoare by command line) and upadte with glpi install try to solve a ticket : solution add, but ticket always in processing status
