Bug description

When merging a ticket into another ticket the merged ticket is linked and deleted. This linked ticket still has the status opened and is presented as an open linked ticket in the destination ticket.

This causes warnings to be thrown when an engineer tries to solve the ticket.

Also following the linked tickets inside the ticket allows you to open these deleted tickets without indication that these are actually deleted. Any action taken behaves like a normal ticket.

Quick-fix: Make sure deleted tickets are always closed.

Possible improvements:

Have the ability to send a merge notification to the requester allowing him/her to keep track of his question (notification type?)
The merged ticket to be updated in such a way that it doesn't have any role anymore in the process (status:merged?, deleted).
Merged tickets are clearly identified in the linked tickets overview (allowing the engineer to be aware tickets where merged);
