I've done some search and I think all starts with this line 551 where the syntax contains two sorts of "quotes".
But even if i change them, the bug is always here, even if I clear the cache.
I keep searching ...

Bug description
When a ticket is locked cannot view the user who is locking it, the page is formatted incorrectly and show information about actors in the ticket. I have already tried:
When i lock the ticket in another instance (i.e. with the same user), there is no problem.
