Bug description

When you try to add a target to a knwoledge base entry and select "Profil", the list of profils displayed are wrong. It seems to be hard coded because I have 10 profils and I can't see all of them and most of all I think the list is hard coded and based on the default one (when you install GLPI for the first time). At the end I can select all the targets I want.

Please test with the latest bug fix version 10.0.3.

After some testing, this seems intentional. The profiles that show up in the list are the ones with the "READ" permission for the Knowledgebase as they would be the only ones that could read the article unless it is put into the FAQ.

After upgrading my version to 10.0.3 : the issue is fixed but I don't think it's due to this upgrade because yes there are 2 notions on the reading mode: knwoledge access and FAQ access. The profils which wasn't list in the dropdown list had no read mode to the FAQ...
