Logout doesn't work when cas is enabled #12874

Bug description

Hi everyone,

my issue is very simple, i've configured my instance with LDAP and CAS. On my CAS configuration i've completed the field " Log out fallback URL " but when i click on logout, that just refresh the page and go back to the dashboard.

That works in 9.5.6.
