Rules to add habilitation to a user is not working when using groups ? #12964

Bug description

I created a rule to add a profil to a user based on his group (ruleright) but it does not seem to do anything.

I configured the rule as:

Criterias: "Group" is "IT" Actions: "Profil" assign "IT"

When my user logs in, he does not get the IT profil assigned to his account. Maybe I misunderstood how it works?

Steps To reproduce

  1. Create a group IT, and an another group
  2. Create a profil IT
  3. Create a user and add it to the group IT and the other one
  4. Create the rule as mentioned in the bug description
  5. Log in with the new user
