Dashboard not rendered properly in "All" tab #13010

Bug description

The dashboard is not rendered properly in the All tab, on the home page. It is somewhat mixed up with other components, and for that reason, it ends up being displayed in a messy way. See the picture below:

It happens just after you login to GLPI, and then click on the All tab. If one goes back to the Dashboard tab afterwards, it gets buggy as well, displaying only a blank area:

However, if one reloads the page while being on the All, it displays normally as expected:

I don't know, but it seems to be an issue related to cache or lazy loading.
