asset business rule, it doesn't work. #13242

GLPI: 10.0.5 / plugin ocsinventory 2.3.5

Bug description

I'm using the ocsinventory 2.3.5 plugin, when a machine is imported, the active business rules are not working, which must include the hardware group, according to the machine's location.

If I try to manually create the computer, the asset business rule doesn't apply either.

Not return error in files log or system web.

This sounds like an OCS issue. As far as I know (I do not know this plugin), it does not use native inventory classes; and calls rules etc on its own side. Therefore, please report issue on OCS plugin.

I understand, however, if I create the computer manually in glpi, consequently, I also apply these asset business rules, they don't work. That is, this is independent of whether or not the asset is from another plugin. If you create business rules for assets, then create or update the asset, as per the criteria in the rule, you will see that it doesn't work.

I understand, however, if I create the computer manually in glpi, consequently, I also apply these asset business rules, they don't work. That is, this is independent of whether or not the asset is from another plugin. If you create business rules for assets, then create or update the asset, as per the criteria in the rule, you will see that it doesn't work.

I've just tested a simple business rule applying on Computer item type that just assign a comment My test is working on add and update. I confirm the comment is set:
