Did you check the Setup > Notifications > Notifications > configuration the rule you want > Recipients tab?
Hello. Thx for your answer but yes I have still control this point. The add followup notification is set to send a mail to requester/observer/technician like it was before upgrade. But since upgrade it does not work anymore. With my different tests I saw that it is really due to the status. If ticket is new or waiting mail are not generate even if they come by email. I know it's a strange thing...
I have the exact problem. This started since I upgraded my GLPI from 10.0.3 to 10.0.5. This worked just fine in version 10.0.3 and earlier, bit since I upgraded to 10.0.5, I'm not getting email notifications when a user sends new followup to ticket.

Same problem here in 10.0.3
Further testing shows that when a ticket has status "Processing (assigned)" or "New", technicians do receive notifications. However, when ticket status changes to "Pending" or "Solved", then when a user adds new followup, technicians do not receive notifications.
Same here with 10.0.3 and still after 10.0.5 upgrade. Je plussoie.
It seems that even in status New, if you add a second follow-up, it generates a notification.
Same for me, The update 10.0.4 to 1.0.5 seems to be the problem. I need to check the notification for every follow-up
After further investigations, here's what I found :
Anytime we use this toggle (either to add a follow-up and put it pending or add a follow-up and remove the pending status), the follow-up is not sent.
If we put the ticket in pending state through here and then add a follow-up, it is sent correctly, same if we change it back to assigned through there and add a follow-up after.

Hello,
We have moved from version 10.0.1 to 10.0.5.
We are encountering bugs on sending notifications for follow-ups in case the status is new or pending. The notification of an incoming ticket (collector or portal) or of a resolution is correctly sent.
But when the status is new or pending, the Add Followup notification seems not to be executed.
Are others having this issue?
I don't know if it's due to 10.0.5 or earlier and higher than 10.0.1 for which it still worked very well.
